3HCloud is a platform providing cloud computing and infrastructure services around the globe. We started 10 years ago in Russia with ProСloud brand and have been steadily growing since then. A year ago the company started expansion into USA market with 3HCloud brand.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to help drive our continued expansion into international markets.

Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients;
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, opportunity development, and closing deals;
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive account growth and retention;
- Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates for clear tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex IT solutions;
- Knowledge of hosting and infrastructure services (dedicated servers, colocation);
- Proven success in outbound sales, knowledge of various outreach strategies;
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
What we offer:
- Competitive salary (base + commission). Base salary discussed individually + 1% of revenue from closed sales. Total earnings can reach $3,000+ based on performance
